8. Under Contract & Closing Preparation
Once a contract is accepted, we move into the escrow phase, which includes inspections, appraisal, and coordination with the buyer’s lender and title company to keep everything on track toward closing.
9. Closing Day
After all conditions are satisfied, the final paperwork is completed and ownership officially transfers to the buyer.
10. Post-Sale Support
